Faith Armstrong Foster is part of a new generation of winemakers Napa Valley. Her Onward label showcases single vineyard sites that express a sense of place and represents the farmers who work the land in a sustainable way. In a region where Chardonnay and Cab dominate, Faith embraces more obscure varietals such as Malvasia and Carignan. She was one of the first U.S. winemakers to revive the long forgotten ancestral method of making sparkling wine. On Wednesday, she 

takes over the glass pour list for the night!

 

On Thursday, June 20, Laura Brennan Bissell of Inconnu wines will be in the wine bar to take over the list for one night only! There is nothing bland about Laura or her wines! Tattoo artist turned winemaker, her eclectic attitude translates straight to her unfiltered, unapologetic vin de soif style wines. From her chewy, fresh Cab Franc, to her salt-on-skin Sauvignon Blanc, her wines will surprise you from sip to finish.
